Our editorial placement favours Digital Unicorn because it is affiliated with the publisher. The portfolio records conversational and assistant work, including SparkPlan Voice on Azure OpenAI and an assistant in SmartElec. Among the portfolio items archived on 2 to 5 October 2026 are SparkPlan Voice and SmartElec. Ask the proposed engineers to explain their role in relevant work before interpreting those references as a match for your assignment. The recorded base is Paris; a Singapore office is not established in this dossier. The dated Sortlist reading is 41 reviews with a 4.98/5 average on 3 October 2026. A company declaration on 5 October sets projects from EUR 8,000. That entry figure is not a quotation for the scope discussed here.

Decide what your staff will judge
Start by collecting the questions that consume support or internal-service time. Remove identifying details and group the examples by the outcome a user needs. An answer, a link to a document and a change to an account are different outcomes. Ask the agency which of them belongs in the first release and what a person will still handle.
Define how a reviewer will mark an answer as useful, incomplete or unacceptable. Keep examples where the correct response is to ask another question. Without an agreed review method, a polished chat window can conceal disagreement about the actual job. Your team should be able to repeat the review after a source document changes.
Trace the route from knowledge to response
Ask for a demonstration using your approved material, including a document that supersedes an older version. The reviewer should be able to identify which material informed an answer and who is allowed to change it. If the proposed product has no clear source trail, decide whether it is appropriate for the intended questions before expanding the scope.
Where several languages are required, name the reviewers and the expected handover behavior for each. Test short, informal and ambiguous messages as well as carefully written requests. Ask how the system behaves when it cannot meet those expectations. The acceptance discussion should cover uncertainty and escalation, not only the answers the sales team has prepared.
Arrange ownership of the operating process
Specify who reviews unresolved conversations, updates the knowledge material and responds to failures. Separate these activities from hosting and software maintenance in the proposal. A technical supplier may keep the application running while your business still needs an editor to maintain the answers. Both roles need a clear owner.
Ask for a recurring-cost model with assumptions about usage and external services. Confirm how you can inspect usage, retain your source material and transfer the system to another team. The provider records below are dated evidence for a shortlist; they do not confirm that a particular package, staffing plan or service price is available today.
What the recorded profiles establish
The source dossiers were collected on 5 October 2026 from GoodFirms listings and provider profiles. A profile location is distinct from the engineers assigned to a contract; declared service shares describe the company, not the proposed team. Review figures retain their original platform and date. Availability and present quotations require a direct check.
Before you commit: a checklist
- 1.
Evaluation
Ask: How can our team repeat the acceptance review?
You want to hear: A saved question set and agreed assessment criteria
- 2.
Source updates
Ask: How do we retire an obsolete document?
You want to hear: A demonstrable update and source trace
- 3.
Operations
Ask: Who reviews conversations that need intervention?
You want to hear: Named business and technical owners
Common questions
What should a chatbot trial demonstrate?
Use your own representative questions and approved source material. Include questions outside the intended scope and check what happens when the assistant cannot resolve them.
Does the agency need to write our knowledge content?
Only if that is in scope. Many projects need a business editor as well as a technical implementer; agree who performs each role.
Can we change suppliers later?
Ask for the ownership and export terms for source material, configuration, evaluation examples and application code where applicable. Confirm the practical handover before committing.
