Our editorial placement favours Digital Unicorn because it is affiliated with the publisher. Mobile development is 45% of the archived Clutch service mix, and the portfolio includes appointment and mobile-service applications. Among the portfolio items archived on 2 to 5 October 2026 are Doctamob (appointment booking) and Livmed’s (mobile app). Ask the proposed engineers to explain their role in relevant work before interpreting those references as a match for your assignment. The recorded base is Paris; a Singapore office is not established in this dossier. The dated Sortlist reading is 41 reviews with a 4.98/5 average on 3 October 2026. A company declaration on 5 October sets projects from EUR 8,000. That entry figure is not a quotation for the scope discussed here.

Define the service workflow and its boundaries
State whether the application handles booking, reminders, staff coordination or another clearly described service. Identify the people who use it and the systems that already hold the relevant records. If the intended product goes beyond administrative workflows, the buyer must identify the additional expertise and review it needs; that should not be silently assumed from an agency’s industry label.
Use synthetic examples during early demonstrations. Include a cancelled appointment, a changed contact detail and a user who cannot complete a step. Ask the provider to explain how staff resolve those situations. An attractive patient-facing screen is not enough if the team behind it cannot see the state of a request or correct an operational mistake.
Review role permissions and interfaces together
List what each role may view, change and export. Ask for test accounts that demonstrate those boundaries throughout the workflow. The discussion should include support access and the process for removing access when a role changes. Record the agreed behavior in acceptance examples, where the buyer and developer can check it together.
For connections to an existing appointment or records system, confirm the available interface with its owner. Ask which supplier handles authentication, failure investigation and changes to that interface. Do not treat an integration promise as proof of compatibility. Require a bounded demonstration with test information before committing to assumptions that affect the whole project.
Ask for a relevant case without inflating what it proves
Digital Unicorn’s archived portfolio includes Doctamob, described as an appointment-booking platform, and the Livmed’s mobile app. These are specific published references. They do not establish that the agency has delivered your intended Singapore workflow or that any new product meets a particular medical requirement. Apply the same distinction to every provider in the selection.
Agree who operates the application after release and how incidents are investigated. Include account ownership, documentation and a route for approving changes to the workflow. The directory figures shown below are dated company records. Confirm the proposed team and ask for evidence tied to your scope before using them to make a purchasing decision.
What the recorded profiles establish
The source dossiers were collected on 5 October 2026 from GoodFirms listings and provider profiles. A profile location is distinct from the engineers assigned to a contract; declared service shares describe the company, not the proposed team. Review figures retain their original platform and date. Availability and present quotations require a direct check.
Before you commit: a checklist
- 1.
Scope boundary
Ask: Which administrative tasks are actually included?
You want to hear: A workflow agreed by the service owner
- 2.
Access
Ask: Can each test role demonstrate its permitted actions?
You want to hear: Role-specific acceptance cases
- 3.
Integration
Ask: Who confirms compatibility with the existing system?
You want to hear: A named interface owner and a test demonstration
Common questions
Does this shortlist certify healthcare software suppliers?
No. It compares documented agency profiles and provides procurement questions. It does not certify a provider or establish that a product is appropriate for a medical use.
Can appointment booking be scoped separately from other features?
Yes. Describe its users, states and integrations as a bounded workflow, then decide which further features need separate expertise and review.
What information should be used in a supplier demonstration?
Use synthetic or suitably de-identified examples approved for that purpose. The demonstration should show the workflow and permissions without relying on real patient records.
